By using ohmaishoot.com, you agree to
the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.
2. Use of Photos
- Purchased photos are for personal use only
- No commercial use without written permission
- No right to resell or redistribute
- Watermarks must remain on all photos (unless bought without a watermark)
- No removing or altering photo metadata
3. Payments & Fees
- All prices are in RM (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Payments are processed through CHIP (a licensed payment gateway)
- No refunds after watermark-free photos have been downloaded
- Refunds are available within 30 days for technical problems or if photos were not received
- We do not handle credit card data — CHIP manages it
4. Copyright & Intellectual Property
- All photos are the intellectual property of the photographer & Ohmaishoot
- Prohibited:
- Copying, distributing or altering photos
- Trading or reselling photos
- Uploading photos to other websites without permission
- Using photos for promotion or commercial advertising
- DMCA notices: send to [email protected]
5. Disclaimer of Liability
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". WE ARE NOT
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Loss of or damage to data
- Interruption or discontinuation of the service
- Indirect or commercial losses
- The accuracy or completeness of photos
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant
purchase. We are not responsible for losses that exceed this amount.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may change these terms at any time. We will announce
significant changes by email or on the website. Continued use
means you accept the new terms.
8. Account Termination
We may terminate your account if:
- You breach these terms
- You are involved in misusing the platform
- You make disputed or problematic payments
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Malaysia.
